At Tuff Stuff Overland, we stand behind the durability of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
